SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express to ensure reliable delivery.

Delivery Location At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to countries currently at war due to the possibility of deliveries not reaching their intended destination.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Product quality and materials (fabric, creator specifications)
  • Current weather conditions that may affect shipping
  • Destination within the United States

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can monitor your package's progress until it reaches you.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your tracking number and we will work with the carrier to locate your order.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as lost or has not updated for an extended period, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and do our best to retrieve your package. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we will work diligently with the shipping carrier to locate and deliver your order.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and damaged items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a damage claim and do our best to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds, but we will make every effort to assist you in recovering your order or working with the carrier on a resolution.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.

Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to international destinations or countries experiencing active conflict to ensure your order arrives safely.
